An integrated and comprehensive strategic action plan is proposed to achieve an inclusive growth for Varanasi over the decades to come. To transform Varanasi into a city of spirituality, knowledge, culture and sustainability, urban planning and development – an approach is conceived from a holistic perspective. The approach seeks to revitalise the city economics through catalyst projects that would enable Varanasi to emerge as a global centre.
